Letters to the Editors

Don't hesitate to let your voice be heard. If you have something to say in response to something you read in Rising Sun, send your email to TheRisingSun@bigfoot.com or to the particular person who you wish to reach. If your letter is chosen to appear here, you will be notified and given a chance to decline the opportunity.

Dear Editors,

Thank you for an excellent job. The e-zine has good content, is professional, and very well done. Keep up the good work!

Mark J Laird

Wonderful e-zine, very cool, one of the best... super!

Dennis Stoye

Thanks! We hope we won't disappoint.

First of all, I liked very much the e-zine. It's fantastic to see Lone Wolf stuff on the Net etc., etc.

Just a tip: why did you split some articles in different files? The interview of Julian Egelstaff is made of fifteen fragments! If you want to download the article and read it offline, as most people do (to read the whole interview staying online would cost more than phone to Julian Egelstaff himself), it's not very practical to have to download dozens of files. I know that big files take more to download, but a text file, even if long, rarely exceeds 50K.

Your Faithful Reader,

Lupo

Point well taken. The reason that the articles are split up is to reduce the amount of scrolling necessary to read them; it's a useability issue. However, you have a good point and as you'll notice, all articles that are split into separate files now have a link on the first page to a [single file version]. Hopefully, we've found a mutually beneficial solution.

I would just like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for reading Rising Sun. I believe I can speak for all of the staff in saying that we hope that we will continue to provide helpful and entertaining content.

I would also like to thank the other staff members for submitting great material. The line between reader and staff members is very blurry; I encourage everyone who has some talent to share it with everyone.
