A feral growling begins surrounding you, annoying your ears with its persistent sound, and growing in volume. Soon the sound is so loud that you can barely stand it and you cover your ears in agony. You are unable to detect where the sound is coming from and as it continues to grow louder, you fall to your knees. Unless you find where the source of the sound is, you fear that soon you will be unable to proceed.

If you possess the Adamantium Earplugs, turn to 3.

If you do not possess such an item, turn to 27.
